daily life pt. 3
hello my little seaslugs (｡･ω･｡)ﾉ♡
i wanted to share a few small, happy things with you today ♡
i got two new pieces of wall art… and i don’t know what it is about them, but they immediately made my space feel sweeter (´｡• ᵕ •｡`) ♡ they both remind me so much of my little black cat… if she drank coffee hehe, the same gentle mischief… and now it feels like she’s somehow watching me from the walls now too (≧◡≦) ☆
it feels nice… like i’m surrounding myself with tiny reflections of the things i love.
i’m also sitting here, slowly drinking the very last of my favorite tea (｡•́︿•̀｡) you know that feeling… when you try to sip it slower so it won’t end? but it always does anyway… leaving just a little warmth behind ♡
but… something new has arrived too ♡
i finally got my sticker machine (๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ ☆
i feel like i’ve been waiting forever… a whole mere few hours (≧▽≦”) anywaysss, now that it’s here, it almost doesn’t feel real. a door quietly opening again. i get to make stickers again!!
i made my first little design… a japanese inspired sweet treat: melon creamy soda! one of my favorite desserts! but instead of the usual scoop of ice cream, i made it a tiny octopus (´｡• ᵕ •｡`) ♡
i don’t know why… it just felt right.
i think i’ve been wanting to create more pieces inspired by artists i really love, like heymugi and onenhillion… their work feels so soft and whimsical, like stepping into an oceanic dream you don’t want to leave.
and i want to chase that feeling too ♡
something that makes you smile quietly to yourself (｡˘︶˘｡)♡
it feels like i’m starting again… slowly, but surely ♡
