my daily life pt. 1
good afternoon my sweet sea slugs ✧₊⁺
unfortunately, i woke up a bit too late today… my job has been so demanding lately (´• ω •`) but that’s okay, because it’s never too late to begin a soft, lovely saturday.
this morning, i treated myself to the cutest little fish-shaped custard taiyaki for breakfast ♡ they were warm and golden and filled with the sweetest creamy center… i used a special local canadian maple syrup my friend brought me from the farmers market up there and it made everything taste like a cozy little dream.
i also wanted to share these tiny mushroom candies i made ˚₊‧꒰ა ♡ ໒꒱ ‧₊˚ they look like something you’d find tucked away in a forest bakery! i had so much fun making them
i recently went to chicago, and in the hmart there, they had these cute avatar sue candy mold kits, when i saw these, my heart dropped. i use to play so many avatar sue games as a kid, it made me so happy to revisit those precious memories -
to finish off my “morning”, i made myself a berry sweet tea ♡ it’s called “berry berry,” and it tastes just like pink strawberry clouds lol, my friend gave me a sample of theirs that they got at their local tea shop. it’s called louisville tea co and i’ve always wanted to go visit, but it’s soo far from where i live ;-; maybe one day, i’ll go there, as a little date for myself ♡
